2019 Methode Champenoise

Our sparkling wine made in the traditional Champagne method features the dry, bright, and racy style of a chardonnay dominant, low dosage sparkling wine. This multilayered and long finishing wine features citrus flavors of lemon curd and a lingering lime zest finish with layers of rhubarb, kiwi, and passionfruit underneath.
